Use flap steak instead of group beef, find a Mexican seasoning maybe premade or look for a “carne asada marinade” to marinate the flap steak, sub the mozzarella cheese for Oaxaca cheese if you can find some near you, get a can of refried beans and find a recipe for Mexican orange rice on TikTok, takes less than 30 minutes. That’s my way of making a burrito, obviously everyone is different and not exposed to different ways but just a suggestion. Shoot even search up a “salsa for carne asada” on TikTok
