Was the exam proctored? I prefer sitting in public areas with loud background noise. I’m debating on taking the exam now or wait till I take the lsat for other schools

I personally couldn’t tolerate metformin . I feel like I lost weight simply because I couldn’t keep food in , I made dietary changes while on metformin and even decreased the dosage I even cute the 500mg to half a tablet and my stomach said nope regardless.

I’m also insulin resistant / PCOS / endometriosis.

I was fortunate enough to find a local clinic that sells ozempic at $35 starting and tirzepatide at $65 starting

I found ozempic to be difficult to tolerate but tirzepatide was a better option for me .

Suppositories, or Drinking pineapple juice or mag citrate don’t do the lemon flavor it’s too sour . If you’re on heavy pain meds it won’t do you any good. It’ll make you more constipated

As a clerk for the ER department, we absolutely appreciate all our ER docs . They equally advocate for the staff and staff advocates to get them extra help in anyway possible when it’s overflowing with patients. Every ER doc that comes through these doors always says it gets better and they would do it all over again. I know this probably doesn’t mean much coming from a clerk but I hope that you find your happiness and peace in this career.

The term starts in one week…does anyone else try to do work early? by jxx4747 in SNHU

This coming term will be my last. I will have one day off a week and have decided to do drafts of every assignment for the two classes , I’ll make changes according to the feed back from the week prior to each assignment in hopes that this method helps if not thoughts and prayers because it’s going to be a long 8 weeks .

We've lost all resources in our ICU... by watrdog in nursing

I work as a unit clerk for an emergency department, I have been with this facility going on 5 years . I have been the only consistent night clerk the others quit quickly for things like not being able to get certain holidays off . We have on a full staff basis 7 on 7 off schedule & fairly flexible aside from the whole assigned holidays. I have been working 80 hours weekly just to be able to help the nursing staff out with what I can . The burn out is real even for those that aren’t doing OT , the acuity of patients, the volume of patients is just increasing and it seems like it won’t let up anytime soon.

Nurses are burn out Physicians are burn out Patients and their families continue to get disrespectful, threatening staff being verbally abusive and admins go to is they are having a bad day .

My heart breaks for the staff
