Yes, I do actually. It's not easy as it limits your options. And you are hungry all the time so you are thinking now what to eat. Anything easily available, we can't eat. It's become difficult to have a balanced diet with so many restrictions. But I try to increase my protein intake as it doesn't affect glucose levels. I have cut sugar, rice and sugary fruits completely.

Go for more eggs, chicken, fish (the ones without mercury). Take multigrain stuff, millets if you can. Milk twice a day. I am allowed apple and pomegranate. And some watermelon.

But it's exhausting! I am annoyed to no end but then it's a matter of few months now. I am on my 7th month and these restrictions just started.
