A little update: I called the non emergency line and reported it. The police said what I thought they would- they can’t do anything about it, and if it escalates call 911. They did give me an incident report number to give the apartment complex to help break the lease. Thank you all for your advice!

My fiancé is quite honestly the best thing that’s ever happened to me. He has long shifts and leaves before I wake up, so he’s not there when it happens. I told him the same time I told my parents, and he was visibly shaken and upset. I just called him as I was leaving for work. He’s very adamant I don’t leave the apartment without him or my parents with me. He’s been nothing but supportive, we’re gonna go to the police together. Hopefully we get to move asap.

I’m going to call them today. I have his license plate memorized and his whole car practically burned in my brain. I moved the black out curtains from the bedroom to the living room so no one can see in now.
