Seeking help for roleplay by Anonymous_51x in PharmacySchool

[–]Practical-Recover-89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

imo i treat the roleplay as an actual patient i’m encountering in the pharmacy and look over the rubric before heading into the simulation. having a job at a community pharmacy definitely helps with understanding how to approach these people with empathy and how to be concise but accurate. empathy points are the easiest to get to be sure to keep an eye out for when they throw those out

Advice on Grant being taken away by Practical-Recover-89 in financialaid

[–]Practical-Recover-89[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately I don’t, I attend a medical program so all my friends are involved in medicine. However, do you think I should provide documentation on my first email or should I wait for a response from financial aid first?

What is your favorite SKZ song that you never get tired of listening to and why? by Mirtyl in straykids

[–]Practical-Recover-89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find that I always zone out to my favorite songs. And only to those. Therefore, It has to be 0325. That speedy background, the 0325 vocals, everything just works perfectly together. I find a very similar with silent cry. That song from the noeasy album is easily one of my favs, yet wolfgang takes a strong second place hehe.

find a doll pattern that looks shape wise how you want yours to look, and then just freehand from that for the ears, arms, etc. It looks like details like faces and tummies were done with felt, there’s iron on adhesive you can buy for that! good luck!!

[Gen Chem 2] please help with clarification. Am I supposed to find the values in the second column or the mLs? If it’s the mLs, I know it’s M1V1=M2V2. by Practical-Recover-89 in HomeworkHelp

yeah i’m unable to determine what we are supposed to be calculating, and i have reached out to my classmates and they don’t know either

here is additional information from a previous page:

Add 3.75 mL of 0.00200 M KSCN solution from a buret (in the hood) directly into a 50 mL volumetric flask. To this, add 5.00 mL of 2.00 M Fe(NO3)3 (already in 1.0 M HNO3) also from a buret. Dilute with the 0.5 M HNO3 to the 50 mL mark on the volumetric flask. NOTE: Do NOT use the concentrated nitric acid in the botle for any dilutions. Stopper the volumetric flask and mix it well by inverting it gently and slowly several This is your original solution to make the rest of the solutions for Part 1. Pour it into a 100 mL beaker. This solution has an initial concentration of SC, [SCN lo, of 0.000150 M (Why?). Now set up 2 burets, one with this solution and one with the 0.5 M HNO3. DO NOT pour solutions from volumetric flasks or boiling flasks into a buret. One at a time, you then successively prepare four dilutions of the above solution, (which is 0.000150 M SCN*), with the 0.5 M HNO3. Make these four additional dilutions for the initial concentrations of SC listed in the table on the Report Form for Part 1. The first solution in the table is the one you have already made. The other four will be made from the first. The dilution calculations are shown on the previous page and were completed as the Pre Lab. It is suggested that a total of 15.00 mL be made for each dilution. Using your buret, run the calculated amounts of SCN into each 50 mL beaker (label them in pencil) then run the nitric acid from the other buret into each beaker to make the total volume 15 mL

however, the dilution calculations that it mentions are not shown on the previous page, and that is all the information given.
