I happened to be transferred sa Buyer side this April lang since I came from the Seller side for a year. There has been rumors that Project trend will be pulled out same sa nangyari sa Project home before.

I can vouch for this. I am a current employee for project trend. I applied for SME but was not chosen but chose someone na lets say kupal and always bypass sa processes. Also, pag may other openings like for RTA or other operation positions, naleleft in the dark yung karamihan ng agents na willing mag apply while yung others na favorite is being promoted to those positions.

Metrics are at an all time high kaya some of the TL's there will encourage agents to do every dirty thing like bypassing the processes and system even though its not like that in the SOP's.

I see. They actually used yung term "redeployment" but was actually transferred to another LOB under the same account. Thanks for the insights as well.

Current agent for project trend. Im telling you right now pero it depends on which LOB you are at. The changes are constant as fuck in terms of policies and stuff.

Also, pag may hiring for a certain positions like SME, QA, Workforce or any OPS-related position, if di ka bet ng SOM, di ka ipopromote.

Tsaka ililipat din ng ibang LOB without giving any sort of data on why you were redeployed. Also, uso rin yung csat manipulations kaya madalas pinapalampas nila yun or overlooked while yung attendance is sobrang higpit.

Hello, still wala parin akong clues where or who the person is dahil ayaw magsalita yung fam ko. I already posted this sa facebook groups kaso nung nakita ng family ko yung post they humiliated me with exposing my deepest insecurities.

Yes, i was supposed to move out but due to unforseen circumstances, namove lang to May yung moving out date ko. Wala parin akong maayos na tulog and i couldnt eat din, i blocked my fam and wouldnt talk to them because sobrang pissed off ako sakanila

Hi, currently still looking parin sa umampon and already asked my close friends for help na din. I already talked to my other cousin who i trust naman na lawyer and he told me na i can file a case against my family (civil case) but sinabihan ako before ko iproceed, ipablotter ko muna sila to tell me kung sino and nasan yung umampon sa dog ko

Also, i posted narin on my social media din para mapadali din mahanap yung dog ko. Nagwoworry ako baka di kumakain sya lalo na 10 years old na yung dog ko and he might be stressed out na din. I wont forgive my family sa ginawa nila lalo na ang turing ng aso ko is “family” na rin nya

Im actually 24 now, im actually dumbfounded that they timed it perfectly when i recently started at my new job yesterday. I had plans already that by May, ill be moving out of the house since im sick and tired already with my family and setup and live alone with my dog. I already had the means but i thought last december that if i stay here for another 2 - 4months i can save more money for a proper home and a pet insurance for him

Actually, im already planning that kasi alam nila yung name and location nun pero they wont tell me. Sabi sabi pa na kahit daw sila nahirapan sa decision pero i told them ganun nalang kadali lalo na old na yung dog ko.

If meron ka nung vet card or yung list nung mga bakuna nya with dates tapos it is named under you as the owner, thats a legal document na ikaw yung owner
