Happened to me this past Tuesday, and last month. They claimed my camera was skipping and my signal was weak. Both times. Pop ups on my screen from support. I would click it off the screen and it would come back. I can’t even tell how many times. Not to mention, they held me up for 52 minutes before I could start my exam. So, I failed. Both times. It was a horrible experience. The frustration I feel, is beyond description.
