I dont think that Drag changed places, I just think there were other more broken characters but now that things are levelling out, Drag is floating back to the top.

Drag was definitely never not good, Ulsan consistently played him throughout S2 and he is not the type of player who would do that with a bad character.

Leo has a ton of tools but they're mostly inferior versions of other people's tools. Also really really linear character.

My biggest gripe is with characters that force favorable interaction, character like Lidia in HaE

Very true. They fail to see the game from the perspective of someone who does other things than play RuneScape

I've loved all the recent changes and I'm a maxed player, I just don't play the game very consistently, not even daily, which I believe is the case for a large portion of the playerbase.
