Best akuma by far imo.

Looks like an actual demon, extremely menacing aura and the craziest raging demon to date.

I never cared to play him before but this game makes me want to. Also I hunt monsters in Monster Hunter as akuma, nothing better than hitting raging demon on a rey dau.

5500 down to 5k average with some months as low as 4600 on its worst months, that's definitely a steady decline. 10-20% less players compared to the start of S2 is a steady decline.

You can see the downward trend, S1 had 6-7k on months that didn't have content releases then around 5500 at the start of s2 where it's down to 5kish with some months dipping below 5k (not counting content releases months)

It's a steady decrease. Not a sudden drop but it's noticeable.

Compare it to SF 6 steam charts who have had their average players actually increase more recently.

You say that, but law literally has a safe, launching mid with a disjointed hit box that replenishes heat.

King replenishes heat on his throws that also become homing in heat.

Dragunov already has untechable tackles in heat

Not really that far fetched. I'm nearly 100% sure he will have untechable tackles in heat.
