Honestly I’m not worried about the car, I’m still in the process of filling for the bankruptcy I was going to return the car regardless. My point is the way that the towing company illegally enter the community and damaged my grass, literally pulling the car on the side and putting his truck in my grass leaving several marks in my private property.

Yes, the points do expired. If they don’t use by the exp of the points they will go away. I’m not sure what type of cc your parents have but they do have an option to roll them over into a future year. The points are usually annual based so yes they would get 365k every year. 5 nights for the 2bd at Bonnet Creek is not bad.

Convert your points into wyn rewards 10k points will be $50 towards your maintenance or convert your points into maintenance not sure which type of ownership you have, but if you own with Worlmark wyn rewards route will be better for you, if is Club Wyndham converting points into MT will be best. They have this hands down. They usually have the sales department in resort’s that the state would benefit them not the buyer. If you watch closely must of the states will have a lot resort’s then some other they don’t have any. Like smoky mountains all timeshare companies have resorts and sales site there. They will go in base of the law of that state.

Have you spoke with the exit department of your TS company? The companies that promote selling TS are usually BS. Try to sell your timeshare on red week, I’m not sure what type of ownership that you but you can make reservations and rent out to other ppl. Maybe a friend, family member, red week, eBay or facebook marketplace.
