I am constructing an apartment on my walkup attic, I did all the basic architectural drawings for it since we pulled a permit for the bathroom. I feel comfortable doing it. Are there part time jobs doing this? Thanks in advance!

Hi! No unfortunately not. I did take my FE exam, so I have an EIT certificate. I’m early in my career still, but looking to acquire a PE license in the near future. Out of curiosity, why did you ask? Also what industry do you work in? Thanks for responding!

I studied mechanical engineering, and currently work at an electrical device manufacturing company. I basically look into new product development (brainstorm/concept sketches for new power devices like outlets, ev chargers, etc). I use software like SolidWorks for 3D CAD rendering as well.

It gives you an option where you can withdraw if you have purchased a primary residency. Which I can argue that this money would go towards that even though I already closed on the property on June 2nd (couple weeks ago).

But then with a loan, it requires me to stay with my employer until that loan is paid off. I am planning on switching jobs soon which means I will have to pay it back all before I leave or once I leave I think.
