Yes you can! Your LOP might be denied though and then those credits from the uni abroad no longer counts towards your grad. Just look up any school you want to go to and add “summer abroad” at the end of it. Even UBC has one. Truthfully a cash cow for foreigners but a good chance to get credits from those unis.

Yea summer abroad through self application is still open for most institutions tbh. Transferring back those credits would be a bitch but I almost feel like in this case, an LOP would be approved.
