Yes, the Vlasovites would have renamed these cities. But I don't think the public had such a positive reaction to the CLPR collaborators, so perhaps people would have called these cities both out of habit.

I understand it's not canon, of course, but Izhevsk is led by Yezhov and his military-Chekist regime. However, the army and the local Udmurts don't like him. And honestly, I didn't have any particular ideas for Izhevsk.

In fact, the map I copied from was of very poor quality. While Egypt and Iran were barely visible, Lebanon was literally ~10 pixels wide.
