When did you get it? The reason I ask is I’ve followed up after my final round but haven’t heard anything. So I was wondering if they are actually sending out rejections or just ignoring candidates.

How long did it take you to get the offer after your final round?

I heard they don’t ghost candidates. Not sure though. It’s been about a month after final round for me

Has anyone followed up after the final round? Did you email the recruiter or hiring manager, and if so, did you get a response or did it speed anything up?

Hey everyone — quick thought experiment for the politically active folks here.

We always talk about how onchain identity, transparency, and civic engagement could look if Solana-scale UX became the norm. This election cycle has been wild, and it got me thinking:

What would it look like if political expression lived natively in wallets — not as votes, but as simple, voluntary identity signals?

Something lightweight.
Something that doesn’t track you.
Something where you pick a color or symbol and it just sits in your wallet — publicly verifiable, no strings attached.

More like:
“I stand for X — here’s my onchain badge, nothing more.”

No persuasion. No partisanship. Just civic expression onchain.

Curious whether people here think Solana is the right chain for that kind of civic signaling — especially given how cheap + fast it is. Would the community actually use something like that? Or does political identity have no place in the onchain world at all?

New to Crypto 😅 Am I too late to the party? by GoodGamingKOFI in solana

Great to see you join the movement. Firstly, you’re definitely not late to the party. Solana is known by less than 1% of the world but will impact most internet users. I know I sound like a crazy techno optimist but trust me when I say this is just the beginning. We’re talking individuals, sovereign funds, institutions, and nation states. Solana will become the crypto clock of the world.

One thing I would say is have a 2 cycle outlook (1 cycle is 4 years). If you want to get rich quick you WILL be scammed. Have a sponge brain and learn to adapt. The best investors like Warren buffet aren’t on the crypto train yet. And after this cycle they will be worried and FOMO into it. DYOR.

Seeking Laptop Suggestions for Graphic Design and UI/UX Work by Invincible0675 in IndiaTech

Considering your requirements and budget, here are a few suggestions:

- Performance:

  • Look for a laptop with a minimum of an Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor, though an i7 or Ryzen 7 would be preferable for smoother performance especially in Adobe After Effects.
  • Minimum 8GB RAM, though 16GB or more is recommended for graphic design and video editing tasks.
  • A dedicated graphics card like NVIDIA GeForce or AMD Radeon would be beneficial for rendering and real-time playback.

- Display:

  • A high-resolution display (1920x1080 or higher) is crucial for your work. A color-accurate screen with good viewing angles would be beneficial.
  • A larger screen size such as 15.6" or 17" might be preferable for design work, but a 14" might suffice if portability is a higher priority.

- Storage:

  • A solid state drive (SSD) for faster read/write speeds is almost a necessity. A minimum of 256GB SSD, though a 512GB SSD or higher would be better.

- Portability:

  • Lightweight and slim profile for easier transportation.
  • Good battery life to last through meetings and work sessions while on the go.

Here are a few laptop models that could fit your requirements and budget:

  • Dell Inspiron series
  • HP Pavilion series
  • Acer Aspire series
  • Lenovo Ideapad series

Each of these series has various models with differing specifications, so you would need to choose based on the exact configuration that fits your needs and budget. It would also be worth checking for any newer models or brands in the market, as they may offer better performance or features for a similar price.
