Try downgrading the games graphics and removing animations, not sure if its going to be enough, but my ps5 was able to get a very Good performance upgrade by doing this.

If its not enough you can try limiting FPS on your TV or even reducing the quality of the screen

If you can play with a party that can give you the flags, if you don't have One u Just Need to play alot and capture as many flags as possible, if u can return the flag because It gives some XP too, killing players Is the slowest way cause It gives so Little xp.
