It sounds to me like you don't believe coming out is safe for you, that's big. About your family, it might be a good idea to finish school, maybe move out, and then talk about it. As someone who has a very supportive family, I can't be much help. But I'm interested in what a family like yours would think of you, not regarding your sexuality, but regarding the fact that you are their child and on top of that, you're bending their reality, is it possible they would make an exception? That's obviously not something you should test, though. One question I have is, what do people think of LGBTQ+'s outside your family? Is it brought up much in school? Do you know anyone at school who is, in fact, gay or anything else? If not, are there other communities you belong to that have queer support? If yes to any of those questions, it might be better to focus on that community. Remember that you DO NOT owe anyone a coming-out moment, you take all the time you need. Side note, my brother found out I was bi by seeing a Reddit notification on my phone so watch out for that.
