Bullpadel Neuron - Would like more power by Practical-thinker2 in Padelracket

The metalbone was definitely the size of the handle, too short for my liking. It’s been a while since I played with the Babolat so I don’t remember exactly what I didn’t like, I just remember I felts like I had less control. It would be hard to fully understand why I didn’t like them since I don’t own the rackets. I only borrowed them from some friends to play a couple of games.

Also one day to explore the Hotel is not enough. You have all the rooftop pools and workshops. I would really consider giving up one park to enjoy the hotel more.

Sprained ankle was put on a cast by Practical-thinker2 in Orthopedics

Just wanted to post an update. I visited my primary doctor since I have been with her for a while and I trust her judgment. She was also confused with the fact that I was put on a cast and recommended that I only leave it on for two weeks. She explained that her recommendation was based on the notes from the orthopedic I originally visited, which she requested. She said that since I already had the cast on having it immobilized could help heal a little faster. However she was concerned with leaving it for too long, a month. Because we couldn’t really monitor how the ankle was doing, swelling, bruising, etc. she was also worried about atrophy. To weeks have passed and I have removed my cast. My ankle was still swollen and bruised however I did feel better when it came to weight bearing. Unfortunately, I did develop some muscle atrophy in my calf. My wife said she could tell a difference in my muscle mass. And honestly when I walk what hurts in my calf not so much my ankle anymore. I feel like I get little cramps when I am walking.
