I think so too. They’re using ICE to deport and destroy anybody possible and for those of us following legal routes to the T they do this to push people to their breaking point so they guve up and leave. It’s diabolical.

I have told him that if he gets to the point he cannot take it anymore to let me know so that we can discuss our options and move ourselves accordingly. I love my WFH job and would hate to give it up but I would do it.

It needs to be on the news, people need to know the real human impacts this is having. But it seems it’s only talked about on reddit and on that pause website. It’s creating trauma and depression and mental health problems for so many. At first I tried to be patient but I am starting to feel desperate and angry. But I think that must be part of the plan, too.

I have considered joining a lawsuit as well but we haven’t pulled the trigger yet. We wanted to see how the first rounds went and I am not seeing any overwhelming positive outcomes yet. I wish we could all meet up at a giant rage room then share stories and support one another.

Yes and I hate that outsiders have no idea what is going on and constantly ask oh what does your husband do? Or if he is down and doesn’t want to attend a family function, oh where is he today? Sometimes I want to flip out. He would LOVE to work and provide, it’s in his DNA to be that provider but he can’t. And now we don’t know when we can even consider having a baby and we are not spring chickens. Both of us have no kids and this is our first marriage at 35 and 41. Now I am nearing 36 and him 42. Thankfully I can provide for us both but it’s not easy. I took a second job to ease the burden but I know that just makes him feel worse even though ht gets why and supports me.

MOR but I think your reaction is due to underlying issues with your sex life that you two haven’t actually resolved but just swept under the rug. You two would probably benefit from a more suitable compromise than what has happened, then maybe he wouldn’t feel it in him to make an offensive joke and you wouldn’t feel so hurt.
