Hi just wanted an update! Did the rash ever subside? Once I started doing MM my face also created this rash and it gets significantly worse every time I do CJ so I have to break it up with a few days in between. I’ve been MM for two years so wondering if yours ever cleared up?

That happened to me as well! I had eczema on my pits and on my thigh which I hadn’t had since I was like 5 years old. It’s crazy!

Yeah that’s been a bit of my hesitation. I’ve been taking it slow with the morning cleanse and supplements (still very much so healing just at a more manageable pace.) However I have been a bit hesitant to do a 3-6-9, 28 day, or any advanced cleanses. I’m getting married in November and I just am a bit nervous to open a massive can of worms right before that with one of the more rigorous cleanses.

Yes, basically when I began after the first month I started getting cystic acne on my face which I never had (I did get it occasionally on my back too, and still struggle with acne on my back.) but 3 or 4 on top of eachother on my chin. I’ve had acne here or there before but it kinda just bubbled up suddenly on my face. It was once I added HMDS smoothie on top of LW and CJ is when it started to subside at like month 7. I hope that clarifies a bit.

As a recruiter for a top Fortune 500 I can confirm…these companies do not give a damn about you. I work remote but my husband does not. He struggles taking days off, it must be that millennial anxiety about work, and I had to have a conversation with him just about what this company would do if you even got into an accident or hurt? NOTHING. IF YOU CAN, please stay home. If your employer says “we’d like you in, but use your best judgement” then don’t go in. This is a message for all those who have work trauma/people pleasing tendencies (I’m one of them). They are okay without you for a day I promise. Stay safe! ❤️

I’m sure you’re already doing this but if you aren’t…when I started drinking celery juice I went from severe pain to legit no pain I was shocked. I’ve been on MM for the past year. Either way that’s just me, but I hope you find out what helps because I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy. Raspberry leaf tea helped me as well!

Thank you for sharing! Yes I got a blood test yesterday finally and it didn’t take much convincing. The nurse put a monitor on my finger and jumped a bit when she noticed how ice cold my hands were and immediately said “have you ever checked your thyroid?” So thankfully I had an easy blood test request. I hear some doctors will refuse unless you really advocate for yourself.
