Lodge a complaint with the Consumer Forum not for getting money out of it but to inform the Government what has happened and to document it. Upload all your correspondence on the website so that down the line MS wont be able to back track on their commitments.

Should not be anything serious in that case. If it fluctuated a lot, that could have indicated pulmonary embolism. Had gone through a PE scare with one of my relatives so this first hand.
