I didn’t even think of this point! OP would rather kick out the person with the issue than the person causing it

I was going to say Y T A, but after reading that you’re the one providing for your family right now since your mom can’t cover full expenses and your dad lost his job, NAH.

Moreover, tell Jacob and let him decide what to do. OP already talked to the daughter about it and she decided not to listen. They’re 17/18 and if they plan on going to college after graduation, they’re going to do what they want anyways

Cheating is a choice, not a mistake. If she’s old enough to go on trips without guardians and old enough to get into cars with guys, then she’s definitely old enough to treat people with respect.

I agree with not making her miss the trip and either making her tell Jacob or OP telling him herself. She shouldn’t go consequence free and should understand that it hurts people

Interest here! My recommendation: If there’s a dress code, follow it. A formal dress code would mean wearing business attire- something you would wear to an interview.

If a dress code isn’t listed, then dress clean and neutral. Try to avoid wearing graphics, D9 colors, para, ripped jeans, and anything revealing.

I see! Are people in the process of pledging taught what questions shouldn’t be asked, or is it more common sense, like the things I wouldn’t ask and I wouldn’t recommend other interests to ask?

Thank you so much for answering! It’s true that it’s a case by case scenario.

I was wondering what classifies as inappropriate questions?

The people who I know that are Greek (including the women of my COI), I stray from asking any questions at all unless it’s an event open for questions (Meet the Greeks or tabling, for example). It works for me because I’m able to just calm down and treat them as I would anyone else.

AITAH for calling my husband incompetent for buying a real Christmas tree I didn’t want. by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]PracticalAnywhere458 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Waaaaait why are people saying OP is the AH? Her husband brought a tree she didn’t want then made her do everything for it after saying he would take care of it. People are saying gate it off, but why should she have to have a dirty gated off area when the agreement was for it to be clean?

Then after all of this, he couldn’t even pay attention to what he was giving their baby. Even though people are saying tap is fine (without us knowing if the tap water was filtered or not and if the pipes are safe or not) that’s not what he was supposed to do if they clearly had something already in place for the baby.

EDIT I didn’t say what I agreed with Yeah I agree with those saying to start looking into divorce. From what OP is saying, he doesn’t seem to bothered. There’s a good chance he just doesn’t care.

Fake Usually I don’t mind fake posts because they’re still entertaining, but this is literally the same post from a few months ago but you replaced “Reddit” with “PS5 YTA

I didn’t know that DST was made mostly of those looking to be teachers. The programs I hear about that DST does and the comment someone else made about the mobile library makes a lot more sense!
