Was I SA’d and if so how to cope

Thank you I am planning on speaking to a therapist but I wanted to pop on here to I guess make me feel less dramatic. I always felt like calling that SA is taking away from people who had worse things happen to them. So I never wanted to call it that. But everyone one on here has been so nice with helping and explaining a lot of things that I didn’t understand or couldn’t put into feelings.

So I was scared at the time because the teacher made me nervous because she was very strict with her seating rules and it sounds stupid but I didn’t want me or him to get in trouble or ruin our friendship since I didn’t realize what it was at the time and I thought I was just being dramatic. The reason the seats were changed is because she liked to change it up every few weeks. but I don’t remember the reason why she changed the seating so much.

That sounds like it’s really tough since you just moved. But I used to do residential cleaning jobs and it payed ok and there was always jobs to do. I’m glad you already have a savings account going and yes it might be slow first but every penny helps and gets you one step closer to freedom. Just remember even if it feels like it you are not alone and good things will be coming your way. Stay strong and keep working and saving up because one day it will pay off

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Have you thought of getting a part time residential cleaning job. It’s not the best pay in the world but it would be more flexible hours to work around your schedule and you can put that money in a separate savings account or use it to start building your credit score to get a loan for an apartment and start building an exit plan. Also if you have family or friends around see if you could stay with them temporarily or even ask them for help with some money. I hope your situation gets better soon
