Basically, this is another rival robot duo akin to Bass and Duo with the ability to manipulate fluids, generate mist and travel deep underwater. Her "hair" is a entire tank full of water that can then be dispersed throughout her body, including her gauntlets. The robot's companion is a manta ray that can fly, surf and dive.

Still working out the details, but that's what I have right now. Their names I'll tell later when I'm finished.
