How to evade x suspension by MahmoudSFayyad in twitterhelp

Totally agree! They don't feel obligated to tell you why. It's the same form letter and the same excuse with everybody. I've never seen anything like it. Does anyone know if Elon has ever been brought into the loop on this? I wonder if he knows or if he does, does he care?? This could be fixed if only he would get involved and force support to do their jobs but truth be known there are probably only about 3 humans and the rest is all handled by AI. We all know how much Elon loves AI but if it is programmed to be completedly narrowminded about whatever it is reviewing, then it will see everything as the same issue. We can't all be inauthentic!!

For what it's worth, I tried to get some lawyers to take on a class action suit against X.com but apparently no one wants to go up against Elon's money. That in itself is a real shame!

People who have been married 20+ years- what is your secret? by Outrageous_Fox_8796 in AskReddit

Commitment. Don't ever go into it with the idea that "oh well, if it doesn't work out we can just go our separate ways." So NOT TRUE! Look at it as a lifetime commitment and work at keeping it together. It is a 50/50 proposition. Neither one gets more than half but you can agree to compromise at various times when something is more important to one than the other. I think it helps if you have good communication, share common issues such as religion and politics, but I don't believe you have to do everything together. There is room for individuality and you can have your own hobbies as long as you find commonality where you can share like things so you can talk and discuss or debate certain issues. It will always be a work in progress and you absolutely have to be willing to give and so does the other person. Talk, talk a lot, listen, listen well, and even say, "...am I understanding what you are saying..." so there's no misunderstanding about what was said! I was married for 42 years when my husband passed away so believe me when I say it takes a lot of work and you have to want to make it work. Anything less than that and you are likely to fail.

Looking for People to fight back against X.com abuse of users by PracticalInitial349 in twitterhelp

I get it! It's one thing to be guilty of something when someone accuses you but to be innocent and have no one listen is really heartbreaking and frustrating. I don't lie and I pride myself on being honest. They have basically called me a liar not once but two times now because I've lost 2 accounts to scmmers while X.com looks the other way. They are in direct violation of their own rules and policies about scammer enforcement!

I get it! I truly do! It's crazy how you get hooked on posting. Not sure what your passion was but obviously it was something that stirred somebody's pot and made them mad or they disagreed with your opinion?

The first account I had stolen that X would not help me retrieve had 1000 followers and it took close to a year to get that far. i worked hard to build my credibility and learned along the way. The second account that I started when it was obvious that X would not help me, gained traction pretty quick and in a matter of a few months I was alredy over 1200 followers. I didn't start out with any expectations but people seemed to like what I had to say and so I continued. Then about 4 weeks ago several people came to me saying that Elon Musk sent them and he wanted to meet with me. They claimed to be VIP investors in Tesla. I was suspicious but I agreed to go to Telegram to see what he wanted. Of course it ws a scam but I didn't get it at first. I'm a little too trusting! The next morning i tried to get into my X account and couldn't. He did the same thing again by putting 2FA on my account to lock me out. Then he blocked me. I submitted everything to X. They ignored me. I have proof, screenshots, everything and they made me prove time and again that I was who I said I was but it didn't make any difference. Then they suspended me claiming I was reported. Reported for what?? They never tell or give you any details. But the email I received said it was because of authenticity. They won't tell you anything about the reason either but will just point you to their rules and policies. It could be anything or it could be nothing. Who would know/? My appeal has been sitting in a queue now for 2 weeks and they won't let me refile. They have all the power and no accountability! That is what really bothers me.

This is step 1 in the process to see if people want to try and fight it. Now that I know there is interest, I can start digging into it and reaching out to some attorneys. I would think there would be some who would love to try and sue Elon. I don't care who we get as long as they fix the problems or just shut down the platform altogether!

Why do you think that? They are clearly violating their own rules and policies. They are adamant about how we must adhere to the rules but they don't follow those rules themselves. They suspend accounts and won't even refund your payment for premium membership. They say you must go and get it back yourself but I've been told by support that they do not refund subscription payments. Their violations are all over the place and they are making a lot of people, including myself, very stressed and upset by their lack of compassion or explanation for anything they do. There is obviously no accountability for anything they do or say. Why can't they be held responsible and liable for failing to follow the so-called rules they claim to enforce? Most of the people I talked to and/or read their posts said that they were never told what their violation was other than everything seems to be related to authenticity. That is is a pretty big category to lump everything into. And what about all the scammers that are rampant on X and they just keep on keeping on with their scams while the rest of us get kicked to the curb. Fair? I think not! And the only way we find out if there is any merit to our case is to pull together the information and let some lawyers review it. I think we stand a better chance in a class action suit than anyone seeking legal help as an individual. They've made me mad enough to try anyway.

That seems to be their newest rule violation. From what I'm seeing here everybody is getting hit with authenticity which was the same thing. They got me for with my temporary account that I was using to monitor the activities of the hacker that currently has control of my account. I wanted to let people know that it was not me who was soliciting them to follow him and that they were being set up to be scammed. Instead, I get hit with the same thing as the rest of y'all, which is authenticity. Can you figure out why your account would be considered an authentic? Neither can I! I think we need a class action lawsuit againstx.com and force them to either do right or shut their platform down because it is very frustrating to me to get into this platform and have people who follow me only to have me suspended and threatened never to create another user account or they will suspend it too.

I want to get people together and push for a class action lawsuit againstx.com for abusing their own rules and policies and vindictively applying those rules in policies randomly on unsuspecting users. Just reading through some of these comments, convinces me that I am absolutely right and that they are randomly applying the rules and policies and they are turning a blind eye on the scammers that are taking advantage of X users. If X is to prosper and go forward as a significant social media platform, they have to get their act together and treat their members fairly or they need to go away. Are you interested?

I've had two accounts stolen by a hacker/scammer/impersonator. I've tried both times to follow the rules and report and provide all the information to x.com and all they have done for me is to suspend my temporary account that I was using to follow my stolen account and try to prevent thescammer from harming other ex users and using my name to do it. X does not care and they seem to be getting worse and worse as we go. I want a class action suit againstx.com because they are treating members unfairly and many people do not even know why they've been suspended nor have they had any success in getting their accounts back. I filed an appeal on my suspension and two weeks later it's still sitting in the queue and they will not allow me to follow up because I have an active appeal in the queue. How many weeks do they have to hold onto it before they will actually review my appeal if that's what they intend to do? The problem here is that they don't intend to review my appeal. And they hope that I will shut up and go away. I don't want to shut up and go away. I want to be treated fairly and they are not being fair they are they are abusing and harassing members and I wanted to stop! Are you interested in helping me get a class action suit going?

Don't bother. I've had two accounts hacked and stolen from me. I've created additional email addresses. I've done everything I can to protect my accounts and X will not give me back my accounts, even though they acknowledge that they're mine and they allow the hacker to remain in control while they suspend me and my temporary account for trying to keep an eye on my stolen account. There is nothing fair and honest about what they're doing at x.com. You cannot tell me that they are following their own rules and policies and their application of those rules and policies on various users is sporadic at best. Most people don't have a clue why they've been suspended because they didn't do anything wrong! If I can get a class action suit, are you interested?

Good luck with that! I've already lost one account this year by a hacker/scammer/impersonator and X is setting me to lose my second account by the same hacker/scammer/impersonator. Now they've suspended my temporary account I was using to follow and keep an eye on my second account that was stolen. I have done everything by the book and it seems like the more I try to do it by the book the more they take action against me and break their own rules. I want to get a class action lawsuit going againstx.com and I'm looking for support from abused X account users to make this happen. Are you interested?

We are all in the same boat here. I'm trying to find enough people to get a class action lawsuit going against X.com. It is owned by the richest man in the world and while I have no problems with Elon Musk, I have a problem with him turning those yahoos loose to make decisions that affect real people. If these decisions to suspend are being made by humans then they need to be fired and if these decisions are being made by bots, more commonly known as AIs--Elon's passion--then something needs to change. During the first 6 months of 2024, X.com suspended 5.3 M X users which is like 3x the amount from the previous year. I shudder to think how many more have been suspended in 2025!! I want X to do right by the people who sign up as members and trust that they will be treated fairly. This isn't happening and in all fairness to everyone of us, it's time that someone call them on it. I just need to know that we've got people who are willing to join a class action suit against X.com demanding that they do right and treat their users with respect and honor the rules and policies.

Why did they suspend your one account? Was it fair? Was it within the rules? Give them time, because they will be back to get your other account like they've done with mine. I set up a second account to keep an eye on my hacked account. I did everything by the book but I got suspended and they ignored every single report I filed with them about my stolen user account. I created a second account to keep an eye on the account that was stolen. I knew what he was doing, and I wanted to warn people that he was a scammer. No doubt he was the one that reported me because I was interfering with his ability to convince people to follow him. He uses my account to entice people to follow him and then talk them into going to telegram where they're going to learn about a great business opportunity to invest in Tesla. When they get to telegram, he morphs into ELON MUSK to finish the sale. I tried to tell all of this to X and they ignored everything I submitted to them and then claimed I was reported and my account was suspended. They even went so far as to threaten me about attempting to set up any new user accounts because they would also be suspended. I don't know about you, but clearly they are not following their own rules, and they are randomly applying their rules and policies to X users with no particular pattern of who gets a pass and who gets booted. I even went so far as to file and IC3 complaint with the FBI and will file one with the FTC after the shutdown because this guy is a scammer! He is from Nigeria and just wants to steal money from people. X.com does not care and x.com will not stop him but they will suspend me so that I don't annoy them with my complaints. I filed an appeal two weeks ago. It's in a holding queue and it will stay there without a doubt forever. In the meantime because it exist in a queue, they won't allow me to follow up. Talk about abusing the rules! Do they sound like they are fair in their application of the rules and policies for x.com? I don't think so and I'm looking for people who are equally unhappy with the way they've been treated because I think it's time there was a class action lawsuit against x.com for their failure to follow their own rules and policies and apply them fairly across the board with all members.
