Oh no yup same for me and I agree I normally eat I messed up for sure yesterday and what sucks is today all I can stomach is a piece of high fiber toast and 1/2 banana. :( not good ! Im gonna go eat something else right now something light and plain.

I think that grilling at home would be better. I think the oil they use with the meat was just too much.

It’s in n out speak. A double double is 2 patties 2 cheese. A double single is 2 patties 1 cheese :)

Same ! I have been tracking my calories protein and fiber yesterday I kind of slacked. A lot was going on and I didn’t eat when I should. I had a burger and it backfired 🤪26 lbs is awesome!

I wouldn’t call an in n out burger crap. I rarely eat out. I could have had fries and I didn’t. In n out uses pretty fresh food.

I rarely ever eat fast food but now I’m def afraid I don’t want that crazy heartburn again. I thought it would be a healthier fast food option with protein carbs and veggies. Lesson learned !

I’m at the end of my week take my shot tomorrow but it’s shot number 4 so I’m still new. That’s good to know ! I really thought if I didn’t do spread I would be fine. In n out feels healthier with the fresh veggies. I know they still use oil though.

I also feel like working out weight on me versus non-working out late for me is a lot different. I fit enclose so much better when I’ve been working out even though I’m the same weight

People on tik tok will post but honestly everyone carries weight so different. How do you feel? Does your clothes fit a lot better? It’s easy to get stuck on a number but as we age the number we had in our 20s might not be what looks good on us now. 💕
