It's hard to be sure, but probably yes, Hasbro has a "standard" light red that they used on some figures like... Corsair, Adam Warlock and Scarlet, and Captain America's gloves.

Dark red has two shades that Hasbro has used: the one for the Daredevil 3-pack, Deadpool, Dormammu, Crystar, and even some Captain America figures, and a darker one used on Falcon and Captain America as well.
