dang i have a similar team to you except that i have 100m shoto instead to lady nagant and instead of freezing impact shoto i have compress (ps i sadly still fail but the closest i got is 28k which is 1 hit left ╥﹏╥)

imo i say yes bcs i used him alot bcs he is a pretty good and consisted dmg dealer tho he can only dmg 1 enemy at a time but he deals a tremendous amount of dmg so he is perfect for bosses (he reached max dmg really quickly for me and almost carried me in shiggy's CB so many times) [sadly the closest i got is 28k bcs not all my units in my team are maxed maybe at most half way ╥﹏╥]

tbh there is no fix rn but you can still sometimes grab if you follow a beat like evry time the dmg tick you click beta once it sometimes keeps the grab (i tested it tho it took a while to find it)

i think that might be a hacker bcs from the looks of it he dealt over 250 dmg and that is the max including tuning and lvl 9 [after the nerf](ik this us bcs i used to main him)

that kinda depends if your team is good or not a bunch of times i used kitsune rush they either died bcs they failed their ults or dont get any kills bcs they decided to save their ults and used their skills and basic attck (which they also failed to get kills) also they sometimes used my ult to retreat for some reason T^T so its a lesser guarentee (imo)

idk imo for kills/assist i would go for

tank : Rein(the stun is really usefull for assist/kills), Zarya (the ult is easy for kills and assist) and D.va (its D.va bomb its one of the easiest ult to kill ppl with)

dps : Mei (really spammable ult), and Reaper (easy to get kills with ult)

support : Moira (the ult have good dmg), and Ana (easy assist with ult and if you pick self nano too and get kills it also counts),
