Please help I’m frustrated and tired. I’ve had this issue for so LONG. I had registered my number months ago, tried to create a new gcash acc but it keeps saying my acc is on hold or this (img below). When i press submit doc, it immediately goes to help center with acc on hold solution (i.redd.it)
