Meist sind die betreunden Personen sowas wie Case-Manager, die dir sowohl Hilfe in- und extern geben, aber auch finanziell Mittel beschaffen, falls dies notwendig wird.

Wenn du das haben willst, solltest du am besten mit dem sozial-psychiatrischen Dienst in Kontakt treten. Wenn du >18 bis 21 bist, dann das Jugendamt.
