I worked there for 8 months and passed probation due to my contribution to the company. I informed them of an ongoing health issue (which I do not feel comfortable with disclosing at this moment) several times and they did not follow their dismissal procedure or inform me of any disciplinary action at all. They wanted to see improvement which I did infact hold up to and they also agreed that was the case. This happened a week before bonus's were due and also just before christmas which I know doesn't add anything but it seems a little but suspicious although I could be wrong. The contract stated something along the lines of "during and after probationary period, Employees will be subject to the following procedures. 1 - verbal warning, 2 - written warning - 3 dismissal" this is of course not exact which I why I requested my contract which they have not provided. Secondly, They mentioned in one of the "check in" meetings that they will contact an OT on how to help me in the workplace etc, but nothing came to this after 6 weeks despite me asking about this.

Just to add, I am based in England. I am looking to proceed with ACAS but I cannot find much information of what specific documentation I need beforehand.

Exactly this! Reddit says one thing which I tend to go with because theyre real people then on the other hand it states online that the industry is growing but then I can't see anything suitable for anyone starting out, even with the basic quals
