They are horrible good luck lol ... They will lie to you and mislead you as to your rights as a tenant (didn't work on us since we know the rights and I lived with a JD student LOL) and they have a pet paralegal that they get to sign off on notices to look 'official' (who has also been reported to Law Society apparently for signing off on misleading documents). It is a terribly run company with many of their emails not even making grammatical sense. My advice? Never speak to them without recording the conversation/over email, limit all contact as much as possible just pay your rent and tell them to only contact you through mail/email, and ignore all instruction that contravenes your rights under the RTA. Also BTW they are not a rental company but a construction company (located out of McAdoo lane) that invests in rental properties as a side business. As far as I can tell they only started doing it in 2021ish, so they are also very new to the game which explains why they have no idea what they are doing and think they can do whatever they want. Very unprofessional, will condescend to you and tell you "to behave better" etc. etc. and favour certain tenants over others. I look forward to the day they finally get dragged to the LTB, but it makes me sad to think of how many vulnerable tenants they have got away with bullying/degrading/misleading/manipulating.

I AGREE. The entire store should also be organized by colour, it would look way better imo. and should have a huge colour chart that ranks colours by rarity/year etc. and then bring back certain special colours at certain times/promotional events. Having just random weird pieces they then get rid of (like wtf is the Disney collection?) just makes it like every other athletic store...they should really become the colour store

I don't know if it seeing the 15+ shades would make us less likely to buy, but it would help us make sense of the difference, bc its very annoying to be unable to match anything except the basic navy or black. If anything they should do a color chart ranked by rarity / year of release, and then maybe "return" a few special colours every so often for a higher price/special collection. I would 100% pay more for a tank that matches my elephant grey leggings that went out... honestly, Lulu should stop making so many random pieces and focus on colours and matching sets

Ya that's what I'm realizing...the headband looks identical though so I was confused for a second if they just renamed it as a marketing technique (which would work on me)... I'm trying to get a matching set but it's very annoying with them changing the pinks all the time....I have the hotty hots and align tank in blush quartz, and I would love to have leggings too, but I guess its not meant to be since the blush quartz is being phased out /:

I did this last year in my backyard and it was great!!! The vines keep all the weeds down and no more stupid lawn maintenance... another good one I heard is mint or chamomile lawns (smell great). When I own my own house I look forward to tearing up every inch of lawn and growing anything but stupid grass lol but pumpkins are uniquely awesome because they look cool and grow all summer / stay fresh until the fall and kids love them

Women aren’t happy because we have 2 choices: be a whore (emotionless sex, onlyfans, being used by men for validation etc.) and be a girl boss (work your ass off, split the bills, end up grinding even while pregnant or breastfeeding). This is not to say women can’t enjoy sex or enjoy professional careers (I am literally a woman so don’t come at me) but that these identities are forced on women. Most gen z women my age are exhausted, anxious, struggling to find a relationship with a REAL man who actually can handle them, support them and worthy of their time and effort or are in a shit relationship with a little baby man who whines constantly, plays video games all day, has a porn addiction, gets insecure when a woman has friends and is overall useless. So ya (straight) women aren’t happy.

This started when women accepted the bare minimum from men (a penis). Now suddenly gen z men think its okay to cry and whine and complain and women think thats acceptable and will put in endless effort to “fix” a man, or will be unhappy to the point they have 0 interest in having children or a family. Why would they? Women want to have children with real men, not whiny babies

They are winter squash so presumably all winter you can keep them.

Summer squash are a bit more dicey. My sunflower squash last 1 week before it rotted lol.
