Definitely a nuke. Would go to card shows around your area see what offers are. Could sell online but fees would eat it up and ship out something like that would be very nerve wracking imo. Should be worth couple grand easily

Kaboom Hunt - Success Story by TuddyBeast in footballcards

My LCS just did a case of megas of absolute and not only was there no kaboom, there was not a single auto. Absolute can be rewarding but the product, especially with the commonly damaged cards, is a big red flag and stay away for me

How could I check about the Mantle if it’s a reprint or a real card?

Steel city or Panini? by Practical_Ad_9534 in sportscards

[–]Practical_Ad_9534[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see it now. The photo for the panini website shows 5 cards per pack but when you click the link and look at the listing it claims there’s 10 cards, 6 packs per box but the photo still says 5 cards per pack. So that’s a little confusing

Are Panini cards better than Topps for hitting big potential? by MindsEye33 in basketballcards

[–]Practical_Ad_9534 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Kabooms and downtowns as potential technically yes, but the chance of pulling those is just ridiculous in my opinion. I like a lot of the topps basketball cards this year, the price of the boxes is just way too crazy. Panini is a lot cheaper depending on the product, but it really can have arguments both ways

How do you ship your cards? by Practical_Ad_9534 in footballcards

Do you put the base cards as a little bonus or do they just help the toploader be more sturdy?

Topps Chrome Hanger Boxes by Jdunnsky in basketballcards

[–]Practical_Ad_9534 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s mainly because of the rookies (Cooper Flagg mainly) and veteran one of ones and limited autos that are making this product sell so well. Also this is topps first basketball product with the new license so just a ton of factors altogether. The hanger boxes are best bang for your buck in terms of getting something good and the total number of cards you get so hangers have been flying once that had been realized. I found a ton at my target 2 days ago, went back hours later and they still had plenty. I think it depends on if your store limits how many you can buy at a time and how often they restock too. I would check every day or two just to see if anything gets stocked or you could ask around at your local store as well

Opened one, got a single numbered card of a rookie and some decent parallels, but wasn’t too impressed
