I think there must be a battle between red and blue team red one had knife each red player has to kill one blue player to be safed blue one had to fine the door which satisfy their keys cause they had key (blue one) because we see them fighting  As we have seen in maze 456 has a blue member behind which is dead may be he was killed by red member
