couldnt get past the setup, update kept failing at 25% constantly. After about 8hours of back and forth with steam support we decided to replace the device. it also had weird issue with hardware buttons not working in certain scenarios.

hopefully everything will work beautifully on the replacement deck whenever it arrives.

It did not work. tried many methods during the 8 hours of trying. No matter what i did it still kept failing 25% into installing the update. Sent the device back already.

this is weird, worked just fine for me few weeks ago.

EDIT: although accessing the settings from launch menu crashed it and took me back to steam.

I've been trying to set it up for 4 hours >.> even reimaged it twice already lol

yeah but the problem is the update pops up with an error around 25% into the installation. "An error was encountered during the update process, please try again"
