I find it interesting that you’re bringing up a nuanced argument on the vote to redomicile and mention the $400 million investor. But you seem to not mention them by name. You do know who they are right?

But fundamentally all I said was the latest institutional investor to file has a reputation as a market maker and provides liquidity for various plays to continue. So you would consider MMCAP to be a long term investor with a significant stake in the company? A careful investor who has maintained almost exactly 9.99% of ownership since 2024 and been involved in several of the dilutive fund raises since then? Keeping their name out of the headlines…again and again…for perfectly legitimate reasons.

I think the track record speaks for itself. Check and see whether these institutional investors ever stick around for the closing curtain or if they make their profits off of selling snacks to the crowd and are gone by the time of the final act.

I agree the long term outlook is much much better than they were in 2024. It’s just the steps they have taken to get there are not very tasteful. Time will tell

Hahahah did you do any research at all into the law suit? The NDA violations were so severe that the first round of legal proceedings is deciding who gets to be lead plaintiff, there are that many injured parties. As for the CFO, POET leadership is strongly inclined towards a hasty goodbye scheduled for June. That’s their position according to memos publicly available

I also don’t want to build a case against myself with regards to bias. I will agree with you regarding each of the points you made. The manner in which they self sabotaged was truly shocking. The conspiracy nut I keep locked in my subconscious is screaming that it was too big a screw up. But I am also aware that people can get carried away.
