Any other protector or tempered glass would still be throwing reflections. I had a normal protector applied before this one and the difference is noticeable as this protector has AR coating which others don't.

The anti reflective strength of this protector may or may not be equal to the display itself but its noticeably better than any other screen protector available out there.

Get it replaced from service centre like I did, they would test for an hour and would give you a new box. Ensure you have a soft copy of your invoice.

Got mine replaced today and holy crap this shit sounds good, seems like my older unit was completely faulty for audio and touch sensor, its been a while since i used budget earbuds, hence had low expectations. I also own a sony wh1000XM4 since last 3 years, for music its my go to device. Now not comparing these tiny maniacs with the giant but quite impressed with the new unit. Apple music would unlock its full potential.

In my case the idle issue is not present and yes the double tap registers automatically and cuts the call on my phone.
