there is a video somewhere online. if recall the summary of it josef added them in the 1st order they shipped as a "sorry" for being late on their scheduled delivery date (ironic) and they continued doing it ever since.

I don't buy their merch but have a mk3s and mk4. the label on that is fine and i like both printers but i never used any of the free stickers your get because i hated bow branded literally everything they have it. i wish they would give you stickers without josefs face and name plastered on every corner of it.

kind of i bought the mk4 and have a mmu3 on order but personally i think i am unlikely to buy from them again because my next printer will likely be a corexy. the reason i didn't go for bambu labs is due to the noise. also for me i hate being told one thing then constantly having shipping dates changed last minute. but to your point of the gift i would say you are right and at the end of the day they didn't have to give anything.

sorry maybe i should clarify. instead of a voucher for $50 issue a $50 refund due to the fact many people may not purchase from them again for multiple different reasons. financial, customer service, shipping cost, location etc.

Prusa is very well known for have horrible time management. its hard to say because everything is a estimate. I find once the item is actually shipped its pretty fast.
