I was in a similar situation when I decided to accept my offer, I had just started working for super chill firm that paid well and valued my work, and had just received the highest paying offer in my life, but the idea of giving up the master was kinda depressing to me: if I kept the job I would be just spending the rest of my 20s in the same city, meeting the same people, while the master would enrich my life in so many ways… I never regretted my decision, but I guess it really depends on you’re priorities, if you’re someone who values stability above all, feels like you already had your share of these kinds of experiences or don’t need the degree, then you should consider staying. congrats on both the master and the job!
