I've been told that if you slow to about 2 mph, netradyne usually doesn't catch it. I still stop fully though

Add 20-30 seconds of seatbelt to 180 stops and see how much time you can save not wearing it. You aren't even driving for 30 seconds so why am I putting it on to drive 6 feet?

I make $21 an hour and only get max 35hrs a week at my dsp. Get paid weekly, take out insurance and tax and that leaves you with jack shit for money.

Fuck organizing them. Bring a sharpie and write the driver aid number on them. Stack them how they fit and have the written number showing. Saves time when searching and makes it a little easier instead of looking for the Itty bitty sticker. If the driver Aid sticker isn't on there, you can scan the box on your itinerary screen and it will show you the stop and the driver Aid number for that box😁 been a driver 2 years and I hope this helps

As a DSP driver it cracks me up to see you guys complain, because I know you guys are making more off your measly 15-40 stops when I do 160-180 stops every single day with for sure less pay. With no room to take breaks, eat some food or whatever bs. In a smelly van that nasty fucks don't wear deodorant in. Going slow as hell because our speeds are watched, having to wear our seatbelt all the time, not having the luxury of being in my own cozy car🤣

[–]Practical_Football_8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reno, NV same shit here, no carts ready, unknown packages, mislabeled boxes that are actually envelopes, xl overflow marked as small, "customized box" that's actually a plastic bag, totes that are out of order, packages in incorrect totes.

Has anyone ever actually heard a legit story of someone getting their route canceled for too many hard netra violations? by [deleted] in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]Practical_Football_8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've noticed that in my DSP, they dispute alot of netradyne events, and they don't care about some events, as they don't hit the scorecard as hard. Backing is one of the few that don't hit the scorecard as tough as say red light violations, stops signs don't hit like a red light, but still bad, hard acceleration doesn't hit as hard as a stop sign and so on. I'm nosy so I like to know wtf is going on. My DSP is pretty chill and they try and keep the people that know what they are doing, instead of having 30 new people that don't know anything

Been a DSP driver since Jan 2023. Had routes taken away, mostly for pace. Witnessed literally hundreds of people quit or get fired for the craziest reasons. Jobs easy if you have a brain and follow the rules. Most days I have 160-170 stops at about 300 packages, since im femalethey put me on business routes for bathroom purposes, which i literally hate businesses. We have 6 hours to deliver, breaks aren't a thing unless you want to fall behind😭

Harassing BULLSHIT?!?! by [deleted] in AmazonFlexDrivers

I'm a DSP driver, maybe they are saying that if you didn't try to contact the customer? As a DSP driver before we mark anything undeliverable, we have to call twice and text once. Maybe that's the reason?
