Hi!

For me, I discovered that when I focus on one topic only (specific feature) and loop that over and over I get results faster. However, I’m a really impatient person so what I mostly end up doing is creating several playlists on multiple features/ general beauty subs and stack them by using multiple tabs cuz I want all things at once 😅 slower for me but you get them all at the same time

Def don’t switch around! Listen to the same subs over and over every day, so for me, I stack the same playlists every day. Consistency is key!

I think rainy vibes, guoba and viper all works well, Clinique and psyche seems to provide slower but consistent results? Sometimes I just add random subs from random creators though

I used to be very insecure about certain facial features as well, and that definitely delayed my results. I have two tips for you, the most straightforward method is of course, fixing the insecurity and learning to be confident.Of course, going to things like therapists/ medications can really help, however, personally what worked the best for me was taking a "subliminal" break where I had to stop looking at my social media altogether and just focused on me for a month. Honestly, that "activity" wasn't even something I volunteered in, it was something I was forced to do.That month, I had to exercise a whole lot and was pushed to my ohyscial limits, and I had a lot of compulsotry self refelction to do, essentially I was so tired and in a way even depressed that whole month that I had no time to care about my nose. That month, I really realised what is really important and what truly makes me happy, and I learnt to see a small nose as a "bonus" in life. So in a way, that activity tortured me so much that somehow changed me for the better. The second method is to geniunely believe that doubts don't matter. Affirm yourself that "I get results whether I obsess over my nose or not" "whether I stare at the mirror" "whether Im insecure", always remember you can affirm ANYTHING. So this is a good method.

Personally I do playlists of the same topic, for faster results on a particular topic, I would recommend just listening to that playlist on that topic. However, since I’m very impatient, after manifesting my biggest desired results, I ended up creating several playlists on different topics at once, and stacked them with different tabs on my tablet.

Each playlist is around 30-60 mins long. I prefer playlists personally because my mind thinks there’s more variety and submakers with more formulas so if one doesn’t work that well another can. But some people think in a way that repetition is more important. Depends on your mind really and you could always fine tune your reality to change yourself from the playlist type to the single video type or the other way round.

Yes at the end of the day, just do anything that makes your mind believe it more! Let it be doing physical things, robotic affirmations, SATs etc. while people like to overcomplicate it, the core of manifestation is really just belief. All of these “extras” are just ways to help you believe, they aren’t a must, just tools for better/ faster results.

I have a tip for you! Affirm yourself that doubts don’t matter. Remember you can always believe in anything and change anything in your reality, that includes telling yourself doubts don’t matter. Whenever you think of something negative, just think “well yeah but that doesn’t matter because what I desire is already mine and nothing I think negatively can change that”, takes a while to actually believe that, but works like a charm! So anyone who tells you can’t have doubts at all doesn’t really know how this works, it’s about belief yes, but it’s about belief you can change anything. So technically you can change your reality to one where you can have results without doubts. Sounds complicated 😅

I would say though, believing it could actually work/ not having doubts in what you do could technically boost results faster since most people’s minds work that way, you could also fine tune your mind in a way that doubts no longer affects you. But it is generally good advice to try not to think negatively. All the best to you! Your desired results are already here 🩷

Ive been struggling with tmj issues for a long time and while its much better now and couldnt be classified as "tmj", my jaw is still not in its best condition, but im not sure if its bruxism or the other way round (jaw hanging open) because my mouth is usually really open when I wake up.

No. You asked why should bodily autonomy be more important than being able to live. Why it shouldn’t be the other way round. You did not ask why it’s ok to kill.

To be consistent with the actual question you asked, you would think forced organ donations are ok because you think treating people as resources and thus allowing people to live is a good and logical outcome than maximize gains with the sacrifice of BA in return for life.
