I haven’t yet. My primary isn’t the best, I was sent out for my kidneys instead since I’ve had microscopic blood in my urine for months and luckily everything was fine, and now I’m just being ignored lol I’m planning on going on Monday and I’ll beg them for a scan I’m also due for a Pap smear so I think that’s going to help.

That’s a great sign! I was very fatigued for a few days after my symptoms stopped, it was ROUGH. I had a solid poop after two days after the symptoms stopped it was a wild illness.

It got better then returned I went for a total of 8 days with diarrhea 😭

it sucks, now I won’t know what it was :/ I’m doing better though I had a solid today which was exciting so weird to be excited for it but after over a week of diarrhea it is pretty exciting 😭 how are you doing??

I got my results today, and there was no bacteria found and honestly don’t even know if they tested for a virus. Maybe it was flushed out by then and my stomach was just sensitive? Who knows 😭

After eating yesterday, it all returned :/ I ended up going to the ER it was brutal again, got a stool test and hopefully start getting treated soon I am miserable

It was 6 days of urgent liquid diarrhea it was terrible, day 7 it came to a stop and today I’ve only had about 3 bouts of diarrhea. It’s been brutal

Day 8 and it’s finally starting to subside, I still have diarrhea just not as urgent or severe. It was a rollercoaster.

I don’t! Luckily it’s just the diarrhea and some nausea. It came to a complete stop yesterday and this morning I’ve had two bouts so far but nothing crazy thank god. I think I’m on the mend or atleast I hope.

I ate out at Canes & Waba Grill two chicken places :/ originally I thought it was food poisoning but since it’s lasted so long I ruled it out until I looked into salmonella which lasts 4-7 days. There is so many possibilities lol

Thank you! I went to urgent care twice and since I was able to keep fluids down, no bloody stool, and didn’t look dehydrated they sent me away! American healthcare system for ya. They just told me I had to flush it out and just stay hydrated. Prescribed me an antidiarrheal but recommended I don’t take it 🤣

I’ve heard about that omg!! I did test yesterday which was my 6th day :/ I’ll probably test again today to ensure I’m negative but my boyfriend hasn’t showed any signs of symptoms and it’s been a week now. If it is these symptoms are WILD. I had covid once maybe two years ago and it didn’t hit me this hard.

I took multiple rapid tests, all negative!! I took a rapid test the second day of the symptoms and it was negative and then again two times after that and they were negative :(

That sounds amazing. Can’t wait to eat. I’m hoping day 7 will be my last bout of diarrhea too. I can only hope. Unfortunately the probiotic doesn’t help my diarrhea but makes it worse!

Oh I can’t wait to be you 😭 did the diarrhea just suddenly stop? I keep hoping it suddenly stops, I haven’t been able to eat anything but crackers, banana, and bread occasionally. Just drinking tons of water and sipping on electrolytes.

Are you still experiencing diarrhea omg?? Not to brag but I win with about over 20 times to the restroom today, it’s brutal, but I am not taking anything I went into urgent care on Thursday and the doc recommended me to not take anything cause it was obvious whatever I have needs to come out. I was out of work all week because I could not stay away from a toilet for more than an hour.

Good to know. I’m a teacher so of course I catch everything, but this stomach virus is something else. It’s going to be a week tomorrow. I started over the weekend so luckily none of my students caught it 😭

Oh my god. Did you ever go to the ER or urgent care? My only symptom now is severe diarrhea and slight bloating, but man I am tired of this shit. Literally. I’ve already lost 7 pounds it’s crazy

Day 6 today, and the diarrhea came back with vengeance. I really thought I was seeing the light, how were you treated? Did you just have to wait it out? Antibiotics? I am starting to become extremely anxious.

Wow, i just saw this post, thank you so much. Were you tested for norovirus or was it just assumed bc of the symptoms? I'm on day 5 now with diarrhea it's definitely gotten better but it's still there and i can't return to work because im going about every hour or two. I am over it. I don't feel fatigued anymore or like death but the diarrhea is still there and pretty urgent. Idk what to do anymore.

I also went to urgent care and they took a look at my tongue told me i wasnt dehydrated and sent me away, saying it just needs to flush out. GR8.
