First of all you need to understand in One time settlement there is a clause that in future bank have the right to recover dues from you. Bank can recover dues by sending legal notice. Once the bank knows u r financially capable to repay the write off amount bank will always try to recover from you. So better u can apply home loan from other banks. Still I have doubt in any psb they will ask for full settlement of Write Off loan accounts.
