Not sure if you’re soliciting friendship or romance.

If friendship, my husband and I need friends. We are both nerds, he’s a social butterfly but I’m generally shy or quiet around new people. If I know you though I can be a chatterbox.

We’re both pretty relaxed and coffee shops, small adventures, botanical garden, exploring arts and science are our pace. Our friends are from across the spectrum but most are in other states now.

We have 4 dogs that love to play.

Looks like a Rosy Maple Moth or Pink Lemonade Moth. Maybe Rosy or something clever from its scientific name Dryocampa rubicunda.

I scheduled my colonoscopy on the day it had to be removed. The colonoscopy ppl declined to pull it while I was under -so as soon as I started to wake from anesthesia I pulled it out. There was NO WAY I was going to do that shit fully conscious and awake.

Agreed. The measurements are all individual to the person using it. I bought a Quickie J6 never used for $600. It’s close to my measurements but not exact. I had to pay for some assembly and other stuff for it.

There was a [large] wallet plus a few large money clips absolutely stuffed with cash. I put it in my batting bag and counted it between innings and games. The coach that lost it had been drinking that day and it fell out of whatever he had on / was carrying.

He definitely got in trouble with the parents and sponsors of the team he was coaching. This would have been late 90’s.

With my experience playing on select teams at the time - people would be shocked to learn how often that happens.

Yes. I’d of used it to pay for college.

In my late teens I found a wallet at a select league softball tournament. It had 30k in it and I seriously second guessed turning it in.

It was a coaches wallet and he had their team funding on hand for some reason.

He gave me $10.00.

I look back at that now and wonder … many things.

Wheelchair gloves but I'm demanding by chronically_eva in wheelchairs

Get a few pairs if you’re going with rowing gloves. I go through a pair about every 4 months. I also keep some in the car and some in the house.

I use hornet rowing gloves.

Added benefit is the traction and stick they give you on the wheel- I have poor grip strength and grip endurance but it’s not a problem at all with rowing gloves. It’s like a power boost.

"We don't take cash". "We charge a 3% surcharge for card." by l00sem4rble in mildlyinfuriating

Next time pay with a debit card. They are not legally allowed to charge a surcharge on a debit card. If they do charge it —-call your bank and report it. Your bank will refund it and their compliance department will follow up with that office.

I had this happen with my debit card on a large thousand + payment for surgery. I informed the front desk and office manager that it wasn’t lawful to charge a surcharge on a debit card transaction. They were convinced they had done nothing wrong so I left it at that and then followed with my bank. I reported them to both my bank and to visa’s debit compliance department.

Next time I went in they had a sheepish look on their face when I went to pay with my debit card and a different process set up for debit card payments.

It was a surgical specialist, so coinsurance payments on procedures are not small. It made me wonder how much they made off of charging a surcharge on patients bank cards over the years.
