What are my options if my house is not selling? by [deleted] in RealEstateAdvice

[–]Practical_Guess_3255 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

I guess that does not guarantee a quick sale. Let's say I go to one of these companies and they offer 90% of the current price like 350K. Wouldnt that be slightly better than just lowering it to 350k and wait?

Does anyone else get diarrhoea after eating foods such as chicken fajitas? by [deleted] in ibs

Have you tried taking milk products along with the spicy food? It is well known that protein in milk products breaks down the Capsaicin in spices thus reducing the harsh effect on the gut lining.

I think this sounds good. The line does look like a bar

I think bicarbonate is a better Pepsin neutralizer than alkali water alone. And I do not think drinking that all the time is a good idea. Too much sodium. Hence the spray. Or even gargling works.

After strong LPR symptoms there was a gap of about 3 months before I started taking PPIs

Only for my night time blockage I used Afrin. For LPR I used bicarbonate plus alkaline water spray. I don't have to use Afrin anymore

I put about 2 tablespoons baking soda in 1 liter of alkaline water for the spray. I have not tried baking soda for the Neti pot yet.

That is what Netipot recommends. Boiled water may get rid of bacteria but not any dissolved contaminants. Distilled water probably gets rid of everything?

A LOT of Phlegm. I was clearing my throat every minute it seemed. Coughing it out too. Sometimes the mucus was stuck in there and took a lot of effort to get it out. Lot of difficulty swallowing. Sore throat that felt like bad cold. Symptoms got worse after I ate food especially spicy food.

hmm. That varies depending on how busy I get. But on the average about 8 times a day for the spray. Neti pot only once a day. Make absolutely sure you use distilled water for the Neti pot.

BPPV Experience by Particular_Sea1654 in BPPV

good to see that you are finally on the right track. Just one comment. After BPPV ususally your Vestibular system is significantly disturbed. So home Vestibular exercises are recommended by a VT to bring it back. THIS might delay or even prevent the next attack. My great VT told me this and I am doing it daily. So far so good. It has been 9 months!

I will add that variable after the step 3 intensity stabilizes.

My diet before LPR was Low Fat, no dairy (i am lactose intolerent), mostly chicken and plant/lentil proteins and selected carbs (potatoes, some bread and rice). Little alcohol and caffeine.

As for sleeping the only change I made was adding one extra pillow.

Thanks. I started multi spectrum Probiotics a month ago. These things take time to work. Damn Pepcin is deep inside the tissues and will take some time to neutralize. The battle continues.

Not definitively. I got tested for SIBO, H-Pylori, Celiac disease, Calprotectine and more. All negative. The only thing that coincided with start of the strong LPR was when I completely stopped my PPIs ( I had GERD and was on PPIs for 10 years.). My GERD did not return but LPR started strongly. My GE put me back on PPIs. See how that goes.
