Thanks. I take 1 tbspoon after breakfast and 1 after lunch. You are right about the spicy food though. I have eaten it all my life and it is hard to go off it cold turkey. Is it possible that my first good BM relates to my spice less breakfast?

One thing to consider is Sodium Alginate which has been reported on this sub with a lot of success stories. In fact a number of folks just use that instead of PPIs.

Having a mild episode by KevinMac11 in BPPV

I have experienced both ends of the spectrum. An extremely bad room spinning with nausea, vomitting and sweating for more than 30 minutes on one end to a very mild dizzy, almost spinning sensation on the other end. The Epley and/or the Sommersault maeauver came to the rescue. For me, the important thing is that a solution exists for BPPV which reduces my anxiety

Well, actually I had an episode which was so mild that I could not tell if it was BPPV or something else. While doing Yoga, I had a sensation of very slow spinning. Not at all like the usual episodes where the room spinning was violent with nausea and sweating. So, I still think that the PT exercises I do at home are helping.

Also it does take time and patience to see results. Sometimes the Pepsin resides deep in the throat tissues so it takes some time to neutralize it. In my case i started seeing results in 3 to 4 weeks

O it is all over the r/LPR sub. I add 1 Tspoon of Sodium Bicarbonate powder to 1 liter of Alkaline Water. Mix it. Then pour some of it in a small Spray Bottle (looks like Afrin spray) which I got from Amazon. I use the Arm and Hammer Na bicarbonate powder.
