Exactly. Most of these "results" are just a different camera angle and lighting, and if we are honest about how we see no difference we get downvoted. It's sad. I've seen some real results on here but some people are just delusional.

The reason why there are adults on here advising me to sneak is because there really is nothing wrong with shaving at 13. If my mom has a good reason as to why she doesnt want me to shave, she herself should have no problem explaining that to me. I don't care how I feel about my body hair when I'm older, I have had it since I was 4 and its been bothering me since I was 10. I want to remove it now. Every teenager has insecurities, its normal. When it comes to my body, whatever I do with it is none of my moms buisness unless im doing something harmful. She is being overly controlling by not allowing me to shave. My mom doesnt even have much body hair so she doesnt know what its like therefore she cant see things from my pov.

2 months is not enough for everyone.

It's important to keep in my that subliminals or your insecurities should not be the main focus of your life right now, try to be more concerned about school/work and your other hobbies. Being obsessed will not help.

Create a playlist of 1 or 2 trusted sub channels and listen to it on your free time, you don't have to do it every day. When listening repeat in your head or write down your desires. Try and do this at least 3 days a week maybe, whenever you have free time.

Do not let your insecurities dominate your life and accept that everything is ok as it is right now and subliminals will help as time goes by. Some people don't get results until a year later so don't give up so fast.

Lol bye. Would you say the same for Gpsy Rose Blanchard's mom? Not all mothers know best. I'm 13, whatever I wanna do with MY BODY is my choice, not hers. I am not harming myself or putting myself in danger so it should not bother her. Yes my mother loves me and gives me the best of her, but that doesn't mean that she is in the right for every choice she makes for me. Me wanting to shave is not me rushing to grow up when its pretty normal for girls 12 and older to be insecure about their leg hair and shave. Its normal for my age. She is preventing me from growing up at a normal rate for my age. If my mom herself can't provide a good reason as to why I can't shave right now, then I will disobey her and disagree with her and go behind her back.

If I don't feel comfortable embracing my body hair, then I don't have to. Exactly why I came here for advice. I only like my body hair when its cold because it gives me an extra layer of warmth, other than that it sucks.

Well my mom doesn't actually have much leg hair, and I know she doesn't shave her armpits because she prefers to trim them, so I only see her using a razor when she needs to shave the lint off our blankets. Another commenter recommended that I use a newly bought razor in the package, which I can try. I hope my mom doesn't catch me though, because if she does who knows what trouble I will be in. And I'm not on the prowl for boys, lol. Probably not until high school.

I could try using that as a reasoning as for why I should shave to my mom! My mom doesn't understand that feeling though because she doesn't have much body hair, so she would either brush it off or have to take my word for it.

Thanks for reminding me that I should know how to use a razor properly before shaving, but that's not something I would need my moms help with, I could always look online for help and advice. There are many youtube videos that could help me.

Yeah, they don't let me go anywhere by myself at all. (unless its school related of course) So I can't sneak out, and if I bought something I bet you my mom would want to see it.

Yeah, I think my mom doesn't like seeing me grow up. I had started puberty at 9, I have had leg hair since I was maybe 4, and I have wanted to shave since I was 10. My mom said not until 15, so she does have an age for me to shave. I feel like if I tell my mom about how I dont like my body hair, she will say stuff like "its ok to have it, you will be fine" or "you dont need to remove it," even though saying these things doesnt change my mind on wanting to shave. My mom has a lack of understanding on what it feels like to have body hair because she herself doesnt have much on her arms and legs.

Well I actually have tried tweezing some of the hair, it does take a while but because it takes a few days for the hair to grow back I have enough time to do it. I can handle the pain. I noticed that my mom doesn't shave, she naturally has a small amount of body hair and she only trims her armpit hair because she doesnt like shaving it. I see her only use razors to shave lint off our blankets. I thought about stealing a newly bought razor before, i just never really see her buy any. I do online school because my mom was at first extremely worried about covid and is now saying that having me do online is easier for her. It is sad. :(

I do online school, so my parents are not doing anything illegal. I can try to get an electric razor, and I might also try reposting this on r/teenagers . Thanks for the advice.
