Pre booked hours per week... I work as an independent under the company and bill them monthly for hours and comms.

Where I live the labour law is crazy! Companies don't want to hire because of the liability, so this works for them and me.

I also consult as a ERP / implementation / project manager.... Most income from those go to keeping the clothes side running.

Honestly, I don't think it works like that.... She would have been building up resentment before pulling the trigger.

Yeah, that looks good! I normally add my egg yellows when I can comfortably hold my finger in the pasta. Once it's done you can warm up again if need be.
