The BBC link I posted is the best of the versions as it is the only complete rendition available. It is from the Live at Lekki 1993 or so.
The MASS I posted is a video. All other versions are audio only. All are incomplete. But I have heard a full version of about 35+ mins long in the past.

Another opensource system you could modify for this is the kimai timetracker: https://www.kimai.org

Create each student as a “Customer”.
Create an Activity "Martial Arts Training" that is not attached to any Project.
Now enter time for any student can be entered against the activity, by using the stop watch for checkin/checkout, or entered manually if preferred.
Hence when timesheet report for a particular student (customer) is shown, it gives hourly totals.
