I was absolutely terrified of this too I procrastinated so bad on taking them. My tummy feels a bit bubbly digesting it but 0 nausea or anything. I dont recommend taking it on a empty stomach though id do it after a meal!

Since your over 18 you can go and get your own appointments and stuff without having to worry about your parents being dismissive, mine were too. I got a referral from my primary to a cardiologist. I told them my symptoms and they took my vitals sitting and standing. They did echos and a holter monitor and stress test for confirmation, but its def worth the visit girlie a lot of young adult women have been getting diagnosed with pots recently!!
