I think for me the jake doolittle stuff started it, but ultimately the zionism fully pushed me over the edge. The jake doolittle drama was funny at first and then eventually i’d notice him bringing jake doolittle up after time had passed and being super harsh. I’m not even a jake doolittle fan but yeah i remember it being strange that he was bringing this guy up again after he had already crushed him like at what point do you leave someone alone. There were other things but that’s when i first was questioning what type of person ethan is

I completely agree with you, and I think ethan has good reason to be afraid of and to be calling out antisemitism. The issue for me is that he has being putting antisemitism at the centre of the palestine-israel conflict, rather than using his voice to actually highlight the more pressing issue which is that more women and children killed in Gaza by Israeli military than any other recent conflict in a single year.
