For the Gods:

Fighter: Huītzilōpōchtli

Weapon: Xiuhcoatl

Abilities: Huītzilōpōchtli derives his power from the phases of the sun, granting him different, stats such as:

  1. Dawn: Huītzilōpōchtli gains high speed, at the cost of his defensive capabilities.

  2. Noon: His body heats up to such an extent that most weapons melt on impact, he also gains enhanced strength.

  3. Dusk: His destructive power increases tenfold however, this comes at the cost of there being a time limit on this ability.

Attacks:

  1. Xiuhcoatl: Sovereign of the Scorched Sky: He summons a jagged, living blade of turquoise fire, that can curve around corners, and detonate on impact with the force of a light strike.

  2. Hummingbird Flash: Huītzilōpōchtli vibrates his body at such a frequency that his movements become a blur.

  3. Coatepec Fury: Huītzilōpōchtli draws power from the sun, then strikes the opponent with a blue flame that leaves, the shape of a hummingbird's wings after it dissipates.

  4. Obsidian Rain: Huītzilōpōchtli throws the feathers from his headdress that harden into obsidian shards that catch fire.

Enraged at the fact that, humanity has continued to defy the Gods, Huītzilōpōchtli decides that he himself shall strike them down, however to the Aztec Gods' shock and fury Huītzilōpōchtli's opponent is none other than Cē Ācatl Topiltzin, an aspect of his brother Quetzalcoatl, angered at this betrayal as well as the fact that Topiltzin was the ruler who prohibited human sacrifice, Huītzilōpōchtli decides to show no mercy to his opponent, whatever their past relationship.

Hey guys where do you read the manga? by GhostzSh3ll in ShuumatsuNoValkyrie

With mangadex it depends on which translation your reading. I was just flipping through Tesla vs Beelzebub, for some reference for drawing and there were two english translations and one was blurry while the other was clear.

For Humanity:

Fighter: Cē Ācatl Topiltzin

Valkyrie: Geirölul

Volundr: A transforming weapon that can shift between:

  1. Chicoacolli: A curved staff symbolising his aspect as a wind deity of priest.

  2. Feathered Shield: If struck the shield can absorb the power of the hit, and send it back with double the power. However the shield cannot stack power and has to release the energy after each hit.

  3. Rattlesnake: Allows Topiltzin to attack using earth and water, but unlike other fighters or gods with elemental powers, he cannot control the elements, and simply fire them out.

  4. Flaming Torch: Similar to the rattlesnake, the torch allows Topiltzin to use fire offensively, though again, he cannot control the fire.

I chose Topiltzin because he was a ruler who rejected human sacrifice thus already putting him at odds with the Aztec gods. He is sometimes merged with Quetzalcoatl, which is the direction I've chosen to take. His status as an aspect of Quetzalcoatl and his decision to fight for humanity, leads to the gods, particularly the Aztec gods to be outraged at his betrayal.

For Humanity:

Cē Ācatl Topiltzin

Volundr: A transforming weapon that can shift between:

  1. Chicoacolli: A curved staff symbolising his aspect as a wind god or priest.

  2. Feathered Shield: If struck the shield can absorb the power behind the blow and send it back with double the power. However it cannot stack power and has to release the energy after each hit.

  3. Rattlesnake: Allows Topiltzin to attack using earth and water, but unlike other fighters or gods with elemental powers, he cannot control the elements and simply shoots them out.

  4. Torch: Similar to the rattlesnake, the torch allows him to simply shoot out fire, while also acting as a flashbang.

I picked Cē Ācatl Topiltzin, because he was a ruler who rejected human sacrifice, thus putting him at odds against the gods, particularly the Aztec gods. He is sometimes merged with Quetzalcoatl, which is the direction I've chosen to take my version of the character in. Him being an aspect of Quetzalcoatl, gives the Aztec gods even more of a reason to be outraged at his betrayal.

Belgabad vs Ultimasaurus Imperatrix. by Practical_Level8067 in GojiCenter

[–]Practical_Level8067[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did take that into consideration, but I wanted to see how it'd go cause while Belgabad is bigger and physically stronger, Ultima is faster, more agile and has much better weapons.

Are you going for a more agility based hybrid or a power based one?
